Standard Procedure
Technician will test, monitor and adjust the pools water chemistry, clean step and waterline, skim any leaves and debris, clean and empty skimmer baskets. All pools are required to be maintained using the Simplicity Kit or be equipped with a functioning salt system. All pricing is for residential pools. All labour rates are billed per visit, pricing does not include parts, chemicals, travel and/or accessories. Travel and fuel surcharges are addtional.
The weekly rate is based on the pools condition being of a clean and clear state. If the pool has been opened and the water is green, leaves and/or debris are present, addtional chemicals, time and visits will be required. This state of pool condition always requires alot more work, therefore addtional costs will be applied and billed at our standard hourly rate. Expect several visits and addtional checmials.
Customers Responsibility
Test and Treat water service does NOT include any vacuum or debris removeal. It is offered only as a weekly chemical "Test and Treat". The customer is responsible for all debris removeal, vacumming, backwashing. Please have the yard open, and all related pool equipment be ready and accessible. Prior to our arrival please ensure the garden hose is made available and the water is turned on from inside the house. All breakers or power leading to the pump house or equipment area are on. Please secure all pets inside. We cannot guarantee arrival times of our service crews.
